Petualangan Jarwo

Petualangan Jarwo is a platformer very similar to Super Mario Bros, though here instead of playing the legendary Italian plumber created by Nintendo you play a man with full lips, gelled hair, and sunglasses who's making his way through a jungle.

The design of the levels is a lot like in the Nintendo game: you can find blocks that release coins, chimneys, floating bricks, and enemies you have to kill by jumping on them. And this time instead of mushrooms and turtles, you find worms and snails.

Petualangan Jarwo is a pretty extensive game with various worlds that each have dozens of levels. Some of the levels, especially the first ones, present little to no challenge, while the higher levels are terribly difficult. Luckily, the controls are really precise.

Petualangan Jarwo is an entertaining platformer with great graphics. Despite its lack of originality, you can have hours of fun trying to get your adventurer through the jungle and unlocking levels.
